I originally spent 7 years in active advocacy where I specialized in employment and business law. As time went on, I became increasingly interested in how I could further apply my legal experience to working with and developing people.

That's why I moved into the field of human resources, where today I am not only managing the HR department, but also internal training activities and raising legal awareness when working in HR.

As a mother of a 6-year-old, I often struggle with the challenges of work-life balance.

As we have 7 branches in Slovakia and 3 in the Czech Republic I travel a lot because direct and regular communication is the basis for success. My husband works for a multinational company and travels a lot, so I am often responsible for my family, but I also manage a demanding career. I believe that women can grow to their full potential while on maternity leave and I like to use my story to break down stereotypes that career and family can't be combined.

I come from a more modest background, which has given me a strong will and ambition in life. Although MAXIN'S is not a classic corporation, it is a family business that offers something more valuable - a real opportunity to find a balance between work and family life, which was key for me.

This flexibility allows me to grow professionally without having to sacrifice the most important things in my personal life.
