Background of cooperation

Hella approached us with a requirement to recruit and coordinate staff, as it was not possible to find sufficient staff locally. By working with MAXIN’S, the client gained access to a wider pool of candidates in our database, which is constantly updated.

Our recruitment campaigns and bespoke selection process have secured new local job candidates as well as candidates from all over Slovakia. Gradually, we have strategically recruited new employees from abroad. The collaboration resulted in faster and more efficient filling of positions, while reducing the administrative burden on the client.

MAXIN’S has gradually evolved from a stable supplier to a strategic partner in the personnel area. Our cooperation has expanded from 1 to all 3 Hella locations in Slovakia:

Coordination of staff accommodation and logistics

We provide accommodation in a higher standard free of charge according to individual needs in fully furnished apartments, family houses and reconstructed or newly built hostels with cleaning service, furnished and equipped kitchens, laundry rooms, common rooms.

• With close proximity to shops and free bus stops directly to the workplace
• We provide accommodation for families with children, married couples and larger groups of friends who want to live at the same address
• Employees have a housing agent who can be of assistance 24/7 to resolve problems and suggestions
• Arranging accommodation confirmations and addressing individual needs with the assistance of an interpreter where necessary
